All services are provided in a private, clinical setting and are designed to support nervous system regulation, stress recovery, and long-term resilience. Care is trauma-informed, consent-based, and intentionally unhurried, with an emphasis on safety, predictability, and individual pacing. Services may be experienced on their own or combined thoughtfully when appropriate, always guided by comfort and clinical judgment.
Trauma-Informed Massage Therapy and Supportive Modalities
A shorter introductory session for new clients who want a low-commitment way to experience trauma-informed care. This option allows time to establish comfort, review boundaries, and experience the clinical approach without extended duration.
Recommended if:
You are new to massage therapy
You have had past experiences that felt rushed or overwhelming
You prefer to start with a brief, structured session
A clinically grounded massage session designed to reduce sympathetic overactivation and support parasympathetic regulation. This session prioritizes safety, pacing, and predictability throughout the experience.
This service includes:
Trauma-informed, consent-based massage therapy
Client-directed pressure and pacing
Clear communication before any changes
Time at the end of the session for gradual integration
Appropriate for individuals experiencing chronic stress, burnout, anxiety, or difficulty fully relaxing in traditional massage environments.
This option is designed for individuals who benefit from consistent nervous system regulation without the intensity of frequent care. Two sessions per month provide ongoing support while allowing space for integration between visits.
Ongoing Nervous System Support is appropriate for clients who:
Experience chronic stress or burnout
Notice cumulative benefits from regular sessions
Want predictable, scheduled support without feeling overcommitted
Prefer a steady, clinically paced approach to care
Sessions remain trauma-informed, consent-based, and unhurried. Frequency and pacing are reviewed periodically and adjusted as needed. Participation is always optional and can be paused or discontinued at any time.
Ongoing support options are discussed after an initial session and are offered only when they align with client needs and comfort.
Advanced Nervous System Support is intended for individuals who require more frequent, structured care to support nervous system regulation. This option provides weekly sessions to help stabilize stress responses and maintain consistency during periods of high demand or recovery.
This option may be appropriate if you:
Are experiencing sustained burnout or nervous system overload
Have difficulty maintaining regulation between less frequent sessions
Are navigating a high-stress period and need additional support
Benefit from routine and predictable care
Sessions emphasize safety, pacing, and integration rather than intensity. Care remains client-directed, and adjustments are made collaboratively over time. There is no requirement to continue beyond what feels appropriate.
Ongoing support options are discussed after an initial session and are offered only when they align with client needs and comfort.
Fees reflect the full cost of care. Tipping is not expected.
HSA & FSA welcomed.
Infrared sauna therapy with chromotherapy may be offered as a supportive modality to encourage nervous system downregulation, circulation, and relaxation. Infrared heat provides gentle, consistent warmth, while chromotherapy (light-based color exposure) may support a calming sensory environment when appropriate.
Use of the infrared sauna with chromotherapy is always optional and introduced conservatively based on individual nervous system response, tolerance to heat and light, and client preference. Temperature, duration, and light exposure are adjusted thoughtfully, and participation is never required for effective care.
Therapeutic cold water immersion may be offered as a supportive modality to assist with nervous system regulation, circulation, and recovery. Brief, controlled exposure to cold can stimulate sensory input that helps some individuals shift out of prolonged stress activation and improve autonomic responsiveness.
When appropriate, cold water immersion may support:
Increased nervous system alertness followed by improved regulation
Circulatory response and vascular tone
Perceived reduction in inflammation or post-exertional discomfort
Enhanced awareness of breath and bodily sensation
Use of therapeutic cold water immersion is always optional and introduced gradually based on individual tolerance, medical considerations, and nervous system response. Duration, temperature, and exposure are adjusted conservatively, and participation is never required for effective care.
Warm water immersion may be offered as a supportive modality to encourage nervous system downregulation and muscular relaxation. The consistent warmth and buoyancy can help reduce physical guarding and support a shift toward parasympathetic activity.
Use of warm water immersion is always optional and introduced conservatively based on individual nervous system response, medical considerations, and client preference. Duration and temperature are adjusted thoughtfully, and participation is never required for effective care.
Red light therapy may be offered as a supportive modality to assist with tissue recovery, circulation, and relaxation through targeted exposure to specific light wavelengths. Unlike chromotherapy, which uses color to influence sensory experience, red light therapy is applied for its potential physiological effects on tissue and cellular function.
Use of red light therapy is always optional and incorporated conservatively based on individual needs, comfort, and tolerance. Duration and positioning are adjusted thoughtfully, and participation is never required for effective care.
CBD massage cream can help reduce pain and inflammation, decrease muscle tension and spasms, and promote overall relaxation. The benefits are enhanced by the massage itself, which helps to soothe sore areas, and the cream's anti-inflammatory properties can provide further relief for conditions like arthritis and post-workout soreness.
